Winter Solstice Fire Tribe Gathering Cancellation PolicyOn or Before Friday, December 7, 2007 Cancellations received on or before Friday, December 7 will result in a refund of meal plan, accommodation, and Gathering fees, less a $15 fee for unrecoverable administrative and supply costs. Please send your written cancellation to registrar@firetribehawaii.org or to Fire Tribe Hawaii Registrar, 3032 Alencastre Place, Honolulu, HI 96816. If you receive no reply by December 7, please call 808-779-1019 and re-send your cancellation. The registrar will issue refunds by check or PayPal by February 1, 2008. Saturday, December 8 Through Friday, December 14 Cancellations received during this period will result in a refund of accommodation and Gathering fees, less a $15 fee for unrecoverable administrative and supply costs. Meal fees cannot be refunded because the venue purchases food prior to the Gathering, and Fire Tribe Hawaii has a contractual obligation to pay for meals based on the number of people registered for the meal plan, regardless of actual attendance at the Gathering or at meals. If you receive no reply by December 14, please call 808-779-1019 and re-send your cancellation. The registrar will issue refunds by check or PayPal by February 1, 2008. After Friday, December 14 (Close of Registration) If you learn after December 14 that you cannot attend the Gathering, you may request a refund of your accommodations and Gathering fees, less a $30 fee for unrecoverable administrative costs and supplies. Meal fees cannot be refunded because the venue purchases food prior to the Gathering, and Fire Tribe Hawaii has a contractual obligation to pay for meals based on the number of people registered for the meal plan, regardless of actual attendance at the Gathering or at meals. Fire Tribe Hawaii's Gatherings are held rain or shine, with no refunds given on the basis of inclement weather. The registrar must receive requests for partial refunds on or before Monday, December 31, 2007. Please send your written refund request to registrar@firetribehawaii.org or to Fire Tribe Hawaii Registrar, 3032 Alencastre Place, Honolulu, HI 96816. If you receive no confirmation of receipt by December 31, please call 808-779-1019 and re-send your refund request. The registrar will issue refunds by check or PayPal by February 1, 2008.
