Cancellation Policy

Fire Tribe Hawaii's Gatherings are held rain or shine, with no refunds given on the basis of inclement weather.

On or Before Monay, December 7, 2009

Cancellations received on or before Friday, December 7 will result in a refund of meal plan, accommodation, and Gathering fees, less a $15 fee for unrecoverable administrative and supply costs. Please send your written cancellation to info@firetribehawaii.org or to Fire Tribe Hawaii Registrar, 1020 Green Street apt #303, Honolulu, HI 96822. If you receive no confirmation of receipt by December 8, please call 808 343 5305 and re-send your cancellation. The registrar will issue refunds by check or PayPal by February 1, 2010.

Tuesday, December 8 Through Friday, December 11

Cancellations received during this period will result in a refund of accommodation and Gathering fees, less a $15 fee for unrecoverable administrative and supply costs. Meal fees cannot be refunded because the venue purchases food prior to the Gathering, and Fire Tribe Hawaii has a contractual obligation to pay for meals based on the number of people registered for the meal plan, regardless of actual attendance at the Gathering or at meals.

Please send your written cancellation to info@firetribehawaii.org or to Fire Tribe Hawaii Registrar, 1020 Green Street apt #303, Honolulu, HI 96822. If you receive no confirmation of receipt by December 31, please call 808 343 5305 and re-send your refund request.

After Friday, December 11 (Close of Registration)

If you learn after December 14 that you cannot attend the Gathering, you may request a refund of your accommodations and Gathering fees, less a $30 fee for unrecoverable administrative costs and supplies. Meal fees cannot be refunded because the venue purchases food prior to the Gathering, and Fire Tribe Hawaii has a contractual obligation to pay for meals based on the number of people registered for the meal plan, regardless of actual attendance at the Gathering or at meals.

The registrar must receive requests for partial refunds on or before Monday, December 31, 2009. Please send your written refund request to info@firetribehawaii.org or to Fire Tribe Hawaii Registrar, 1020 Green Street apt #303, Honolulu, HI 96822. If you receive no confirmation of receipt by December 31, please call 808 343 5305 and re-send your refund request. The registrar will issue refunds by check or PayPal by February 1, 2010.
